Jon and his team took our guest bedroom and bathroom down to the studs and rebuilt from a clean slate. We're very happy with the work and the results. The team on site were courteous and cleaned up each day, which makes living through a remodel all the easier. We will be working with Jon again for future projects.

We chose to go with Phoenix Remodeling for our bathroom upgrade and flooring installation after receiving several bids. Jon was very friendly, knowledgeable, and created a professional invoice that covered all of the areas we discussed. We had initial issues with one of our contractors and had to start later than planned. We also had issues getting in all of the flooring from the different vendors we chose due to the pandemic and shipping mishaps. Through all of it, Jon was flexible and communicated well. He walked us through unexpected issues and gave us choices, which was appreciated. He accommodated last minute add ons like a new water heater. He was able to get our bathroom and flooring done within our time frame. Josh, Anthony, & Dave were always responsive to our requests and provided excellent workmanship. The flooring looks amazing and bathroom is a dream, we'll be using Phoenix when we remodel our kitchen.

Phoenix Remodeling NW added a new dryer vent across the crawl space so we could place a dryer in the middle of the house. They were very efficient & worked around the various constraints, such as as placing the vent high due to a concrete foundational slab that went partway up the wall. Their quote was clear, and they were able to save me time by allowing photos of the job beforehand for quoting then agreeing to the job without making an extra trip. Thank you for a job well done.
